Step 1. Finding the Perfect Client
Sometimes, information from your partnered businesses might have minor typos or missing details. That's completely understandable! We've provided several options below to help you confidently find the exact client you're looking for.
1 - Suggested Matches: Ever see a section with suggested client names and dates of birth? Those are handy shortcuts the system found to save you time!
2 - Search: Need more control? Use the search bar to find your client by name (full or partial) or date of birth (format: MM/DD/YYYY).
3 - Add New: Couldn't find your client with the other options? Simply "Add New" to create a new record. This quickly adds the client to your list.
Step 2. Finding the Right Injury Date
Similar to step 1, the date of injury information from your partnered businesses may have minor typos or missing details. We've provided several options below to help you find the exact date of injury you're looking for.
Suggested Matches: If a date appears in the DOI field, it may have been suggested by your partnered business or identified through our findings. If the suggested date is not correct, you can update it by entering a different date. Alternatively, if you are unsure of the date of injury, you can select the "I am unable to provide the DOI" option.
